Hi, my name is Dale! I am a level 2 gym instructor and a level 3 personal trainer. I love to help individuals gain confidence through exercise. Whether you have low self-esteem, need a boost in confidence, looking to start out in the gym or just hit a plateau and looking to improve on your current training, I'm here to help. I love seeing people change both physically and mentally and seeing how creating a routine and consistency in their training allows them to make so much progress and have a better outlook. Whether your aim is to gain muscle mass, become more toned or lose weight I will be more than willing to help you on this journey.
I started my fitness journey 5 years ago in order to help my mental health as well as gain more muscle mass to improve my size and strength gains. The gym also allowed me to grow my confidence not just within the gym environment, but during day to day life as well. The next step in my journey made me want to help others succeed as I feel I have, so the progression for me was to become a personal trainer.

We will discuss what you have previously done in the gym (If you've never been to a gym before, don't worry, I will discuss what to expect during our consultation)
and what your likes and dislikes are and we will create a plan to suit your needs. If it's one thing I've learnt from experience, if your training to a plan you find boring or unachievable, you will not stick to it, which is exactly why I tailor my plans to individual needs.
The beauty with having a personal trainer allows individuals to continually progress towards what they truly want without giving up at the first hurdle. I will hold you accountable towards achieving your goals and make sure you are pushing yourself as hard as you need to be.
If motivation is a factor. I've got you covered! In our review zoom meetings we will discuss where your setbacks are and how you can push through them. You'll be amazed at how much your mindset changes knowing you have someone holding you accountable. I will give you guidance if required to keep you on your fitness journey and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly in order to progress.
My service is personal to each individual and I don't implement cookie cutter programs. I talk to you, find out what your goals are and tailor a program to your individual needs with the purpose of achieving your goals.
All exercises will be demonstrated or a link given for a video to demonstrate the exercises given. The idea is to make the session fun but challenging enough to get a good workout.

I was a person who didn't have a clue where to start and tried all different kind of cookie cutter programs advertised by influencers and only ended up wasting money.
Don't get me wrong, any kind of training as a beginner you are going to notice results, but when your body becomes familiar, you have to adapt, progress and up the level of training in order to continue progressive overload to see more results. This is something you need an individualised program for.
A program that is made with your goals in mind. It was only when I began creating my own programs that I began to see real results!
